Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as the 'Policy') defines the uniform rules, procedure, and conditions for returning goods purchased in the TumanClothing online store (tuman.clothing) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site').

1.2. Return of goods is carried out exclusively under the conditions specified in this Policy and in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.

1.3. This document is an integral part of the Offer Agreement posted on the Site. All terms used in the Policy have the meanings specified in the Offer Agreement or commonly accepted in the field of e-commerce.

2. Buyer's Return Rights

2.1. In accordance with legal requirements, the Buyer has the right to refuse goods of proper quality and demand a refund of the paid funds if the goods:

  • are preserved in their original condition (have not been used, no odors, stains, or signs of wear are present);
  • all labels, tags, packaging, and component elements are preserved;
  • there is a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase (electronic receipt, email, screenshot of the page with order details).

2.2. Return periods for goods of proper quality:

  • for orders delivered within the Russian Federation - within 7 (seven) calendar days from the moment of receiving the purchase;
  • for international orders - within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods.

2.3. Goods of improper quality (defective, not matching the description) may be returned by the Buyer regardless of the period specified in clause 2.2, provided that the Seller is notified within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

3. Return Procedure

3.1. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the support service by email at [email protected] and send a message with the following information:

  • order number and date;
  • name of the returned product;
  • detailed description of the return reason;
  • product photos (for defective items - photos of defects; for proper quality - general image showing the product condition);
  • preferred return method (courier service or postal shipment).

3.2. The Seller undertakes to confirm receipt of the request within 2 (two) working days from receiving the inquiry and provide the Buyer with instructions for further actions, including the return address and recommended shipping methods.

3.3. Shipment of the goods is carried out by the Buyer at their own expense, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller on an individual basis (for example, in case of discovering a significant defect).

3.4. When placing the goods in the return shipment, the Buyer must:

  • carefully package the product to prevent mechanical damage;
  • attach a copy of the electronic receipt or order confirmation;
  • include contact information (email, phone) inside the package for feedback;
  • keep the tracking number and receipt until the return is fully settled.

4. Conditions and Procedure for Refund

4.1. Refund is made after the Seller receives the returned goods and verifies their compliance with the requirements of clauses 2.1 and 2.3.

4.2. The product verification period does not exceed 3 (three) working days from the moment the return arrives at the Seller's warehouse.

4.3. Refund is processed within 10 (ten) working days after successful verification of the product condition:

  • when returning goods of proper quality - minus the initial delivery costs (if delivery was not free) and the cost of return shipping (except when delivery was provided free of charge by the Seller);
  • when returning goods of improper quality - in full amount of the product cost and the Buyer's delivery expenses.

4.4. Funds are refunded using the same method that was used to pay for the order on the Site, or to the details specified by the Buyer if the original refund method is impossible.

4.5. The parties may agree on an alternative refund method (for example, issuing a coupon for future purchase) by mutual written agreement in electronic correspondence.

5. Product Exchange

5.1. Exchange of goods of proper quality is possible only if a similar product is available on the Site and pre-agreed with the Seller.

5.2. For exchange, the Buyer must first process a return according to the procedure described in Section 3, and then place a new order through the Online Store.

5.3. If the exchange involves a price difference, the Buyer pays this difference or receives a refund of overpaid funds according to clause 4.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for loss of goods due to poor packaging by the Buyer for return shipment.

6.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of data provided when processing the return and for compliance with the conditions of this Policy.

6.3. If violations of return conditions are discovered (for example, return of goods with signs of use), the Seller has the right to refuse the refund, while retaining the right to cancel the return and send the goods back to the Buyer.

6.4. The parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations in cases of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, government decisions, failures in postal and transport services, etc.).

7. Policy Changes and Withdrawal

7.1. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Policy unilaterally. The amended version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site.
